The working order of the steel plate shot blasting production line is as follows:
1. Feeding
The steel plate is conveyed to the shot blasting room through the feed roller and is ready for surface treatment.
2. Shot blasting cleaning
The steel plate enters the shot blasting room and receives high-speed shot blasting from multiple shot blasting wheels to quickly remove the rust and oxide layer on the surface to achieve a surface quality of Sa2.5.
3. Dust collection
During the shot blasting process, the steel shot and dust mixture generated is collected by the screw conveyor to the bucket elevator and then recycled by the separator.
4. Dust removal
The dust generated during the shot blasting process is filtered by the pulse dust collector to ensure a clean environment and avoid pollution.
5. Steel shot cleaning
Use equipment such as scrapers, roller brushes and high-pressure fans to clean the steel shot remaining on the surface of the steel plate to ensure that there is no residue.
6. Painting
The cleaned steel plate enters the paint spraying room for spraying to ensure that the coating is uniform and has strong adhesion.
7. Drying
After painting, the steel plate is sent to the drying room and quickly dried by electric heating, fuel oil or gas heating.
8. Discharging
The dried steel plate is transported out through the discharging roller and is ready for subsequent processing or packaging.
