Mobile shot blasting machine consists of four parts: support platform, shot blasting machine, dust collector and control system. It can be used in the fields of roughening highway concrete surface, cleaning steel bridge deck, rust removal and cleaning of steel plate surface, cleaning of airport markings, etc. The equipment uses the shot blasting machine to project steel sand to the surface of the steel plate at a speed of 50m/s~70m/s, so that the rust layer, oxide scale, dirt and impurities on the surface fall off. The dust and steel sand generated during the cleaning process are recovered by the dust collector, and the steel sand and dust enter the shot box for separation. The steel sand is recycled again through the shot box, and the dust is centrally recovered and processed through the dust collector, which can achieve dust-free and pollution-free construction, which is both environmentally friendly and efficient.
